Direct Credit payments can be convenient for customers but they can take longer to process than other payment methods. In particular, it may take 24-48 hours for an invoice to be marked as paid after a Direct Credit payment has been made. This is because the payment must be processed and confirmed by the banks involved before it can be considered complete.
